Our Story Kireçburnu Fırını is a long-standing family bakery located in Kirecburnu near Bosphorus. Founded in 1957, the location is facing north where meets the Bosphorus and the Black Sea. The smell of the cookies and pastries were mixed with the smell of seawater. The smell that started in 1957 has been growing stronger since. The legacy of Kireçburnu Fırını is protecting the harmony between nature and people. Everyone deserves to eat quality food and live in a quality environment. Every product we make is handmade. Just like we have done for years, we weigh the ingredients by hand, we check the dough consistency by hand and we bake them until the perfect smell. We never use artificial ingredent while there is natural of them. Perfection is in the details. We check everthing to keep every cookie taste delicious, smell good and look perfect.
