Arapgir Black Köhnü grapes are a kind of grape that is preferred by the wine factories for its wide market in terms of acid-sugar ratio, taste, aroma and color. It is rich in mineral substances (calcium, potassium, sodium and iron) in its content and is rich in detox substances in terms of some vitamins. Arapgir Köhnü grapes are effective in the treatment of some liver diseases and anemia as in other grapes. It is very important for health as it helps cleaning the blood. Denizli Çal Bölgesinde üzüm çekirdeği ve Tıbbi Aromatik bitki yağları alanında faaliyet gösteren bir firmayız. Lermonos Markası altında bölge üzümlerinden üzüm çekirdeği yağı ve unu üretmekteyiz. Ürünlerimizi % 100 doğal (püre natüre) ve cold press yöntemi ile üretmekteyiz. Şarap, pekmez ve sirke yapımı sonrasında üzüm kabuğu ve çekirdeği atık hale gelmekte ,bunlardan ise gıda ve beslenme yönü ile zengin flavonoidlere sahip yağ,un ve ekstraktı çıkarılmaktadır. Ayrıca başkaca taş çekirdekli meyveler ve tıbbi aromatik bitkiler üzerinde de çalışmaktayız. Üzüm çekirdeği yağı ve unu gıda da,kozmetikte,hayvan yemlerinde katkı maddesi olarak,saç ve vücut yağı ,masaj yağı olarak (özellikle vinoterapi spa merkezlerinde) kullanım alanı bulmuştur.Günümüzde üzüm çekirdeği toz halinde de satılmakta, ekmek, pasta vb. ürünlerin yapımında da kullanılmaktadır. İçeriği nedeniyle gıdanın raf ömrünü uzatmakta bayatlamayı geciktirmektedir.
