Red Type Kernel pistachio is producted from normal harvest. After maturation of pistachio, nearly the 9th. month, shell of pistachio is separated. It is used in production of chocolate. In the products produced with high sensitivity, stone, shell, foreign matters, damaged kernels are sorted by high-tech. Raw or Roasted red pistachio kernels combine with chocolate and resulting unique flavor.

Mawardi Type Kernel Pistachios is producted from early harvest. There is a little color difference from green kernel pistachio.The taste is almost the same. Harvested between 15 and 30th August and shell is separated. The kernels are coarse and 70% are green.Contain less amount of oil. Used in delight, halva,bakla ice-cream sectors.
