Sucuk, salam, sosis, jambon ve köfte çeşitleriyle, Türk mutfağının ve kahvaltılarımızın vazgeçilmez lezzetleri, bugün Çolakoğlu'nun modern tesislerinde, el değmeden, kusursuz hijyen ve kalite güvencesiyle üretilmektedir. 55 yıllık deneyimiyle uzmanlaşan Çolakoğlu, sofralara ulaştırdığı Et Ürünleriyle güvenle tercih edilmektedir.Çolakoğlu Et Ürünleri, 1953 yılında Seyit Sedat Orcan tarafından Bayraklı Mezbaha tesislerinde kurulmuş olup, 1980 yılında Karşıyaka Doğançay daki tesislerine taşınarak İzmir halkına 27 yıl hizmet verdikten sonra, değişin üretim koşulları ve teknolojisine uyum sağlamak amacıyla 2007 yılında İzmir - Çanakkale yolu üzerindeki Avrupa standartlarına uygun Menemen tesislerine taşınmıştır.ISO 22000: 2005 Gıda Güvenliği ve ISO 9001: 2000 Kalite Standartlarına uygun inşa edilen tesislerinde, Türk Gıda Kodeksine uygun şartlarda üretimlerine devam edilmektedir. Kırmızı Et ve Et Ürünleri Tebliği ile Beyaz Et ve Et Ürünleri tebliğine göre ruhsatlandırılmış tesisimiz.
