It is the most ideal filling system for dosing powder products (Coffee, cream, starch, flour, spices, etc.). It is a kind of volumetric filling system that adjusts the weight of the product depending on the number of turns and the line and spacing of the helix used in the filling. The filling accuracy depends on the density variation of the filled product. With a screw specific to each product, it fills the product directly into the package and in the right amount. It is designed for vertical packaging machines, doypack and semi-automatic filling systems. Thanks to the servo system used in the drive system of the helix, repeatability is ensured, so the desired weight can be achieved.
