We realize the design and production of dies that up to 3 metres for the automotive parts that up to 5 mm thickness.We can increase lenght of the die according to customer requirements with special fasteners for more than 3 metres dies.The method of sheet metal molds in the automotive industry, simulation, design, fabrication and on-site commissioning phases until complete. Die production is realised in every stage by experienced masters using data and darwings procured by method section. Our assembly section includes 2 separate teams which consist of experienced staffs. Die produced in die shop are tried and spotted in our press line to prepare serial production condition.ROLLMASTER designs , assemblies and produces to rollforming machines in own plant area. Additionally other abilities are; mould design, rollform revisions, profile production, replacement parts service and customer service network.
